RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the products your purchased from OLIKA UAE, you can return your item(s) as follows:

  • The return must not exceed seven (7) days from the date of purchase. 

  • To be eligible for return, item(s) must be in original, good, sellable and unused condition, in its original sealed packaging to qualify for refund or exchange.

  • Delivery charges cannot be refunded for returns or exchange.

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged  due to the nature of the product, unless they arrived damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for: items on clearance, damages of a product caused by customer's negligence or unauthorized modification of the product.   When the customer has received the package, it is the customer's responsibility to check any visible damage to the item on delivery. If you find the item is damaged after you've opened it, immediately contact us within 24 hours to arrange the pick-up of your damaged item (s)

Initiate a return

Schedule Pick-up

A pick-up will be scheduled by one our courier partner.

Return the Item(s)

Pack the items in a secured packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

Replacement Process (if you opt for replacement)

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process replacement in 1-2 working days.

REFUND

  • Refund will be done after the item(s) are returned to us.

  • If the payment is made via debit/credit card, it will be refunded on the same card/account. A refund charge of 3% from the total amount will be applied and the rest will be refunded to your card/account. Please note that the 3% charge is from payment gateway company Stripe.

  • If you paid Cash on Delivery, we'll refund the amount to your bank account after you have filled and sent back the Bank Transfer Form that we have shared to you.

  • The whole process from receiving your item(s), to running a check on the items and your bank processing, the return to refund/replacement will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
