    • Start by ensuring the leather surface is clean and free of dust, dirt, and debris. You can use a soft-bristled brush or a clean, damp cloth to gently remove any surface dirt. (For best cleaning practices, use Fiebing’s Saddle Soap prior to the Aussie Leather Conditioner).
    • Before applying the conditioner to the entire surface, it’s a good idea to test it on a small, inconspicuous area of the leather to ensure compatibility and desired results.
    • Apply a small amount of the conditioner to a clean, soft cloth or applicator pad. You don’t need to apply a thick layer; a thin, even coat will suffice.
    • Work on one section of the leather at a time, applying the conditioner in a circular motion. Ensure thorough coverage, paying extra attention to areas that may be more prone to dryness or cracking, such as creases and seams.
    •  Allow the conditioner to penetrate the leather for a few minutes. This allows the conditioning agents to be absorbed into the leather fibers, moisturizing and nourishing them from within.
    • After the conditioner has been absorbed, use a clean, dry cloth to gently buff the leather surface. This helps remove any excess conditioner and gives the leather a smooth, polished finish.
    • Depending on the condition of the leather, you may need to apply multiple coats of conditioner. Allow each layer to dry completely before applying the next one.
    • Store Fiebing’s Aussie Leather Conditioner in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality and effectiveness.
    • To keep your leather items in good condition, repeat the conditioning process periodically, especially if the leather is exposed to harsh conditions or frequent use.
